Womens Only Self-Defence Workshop
Learn the basics of how to be more confident and to be able to protect yourself. Click here to book a place.
Our 3hr workshops will introduce you to basic practical self-defence techniques.

During the workshop you will practice strikes, kicks and footwork to help gain a better understanding
of personal self-defence. You will also learn about situational awareness and how to avoid potentially
dangerous encounters.

School Assembly Choi Showcase
Do you want your child to take centre stage at their next school assembly to showcase their Choi Kwang Do skills? If so then Mr Tailor will happily work with their teachers/schools to create something bespoke. Please talk to your child’s teacher first gauge their appetite. Let our experienced instructors take away the stress and hassle of running your own children’s birthday party by entertaining your child and all their friends with a mixture of martial art based party fun, we call ‘CKD Party’.
They are always high energy, rewarding and most importantly – enjoyable, ensuring that every child who comes along, goes away having had a fulfilling and lasting experience.
Parties can be run at our school hall or a venue of your choosing… you provide the cake, food and drink and we supply the FUN!
We tailor each party to meet your exact needs and requirements.
Prices based on using our venue.
Up to 10 children - £150.00 (1 1/2hrs)
Up to 15 children - £170.00 (1 1/2hrs)
Up to 20 children - £190.00 (1 1/2hrs)
