To left side:
Right foot moves to left foot
-left foot steps out into a left Front Stance (facing left)

1) Step Forward Into a Left Front Stance, Sliding Front Leg Consecutive Front Kick, Front Inward Punch, Rear Inward Punch, Dodge, Rear Inward Punch, Rear Leg Swing Kick (Ball of Foot) (land in a side stance), Spinning Downward Kick (land in a front stance), Front Knife Hand Strike, Rear Inward Punch, Dodge, Rear Inward Punch, Sliding Front Leg Consecutive Front Kick (Kihap while kicking).
Turn by moving Left Leg across the body and pivot on the Right Foot into a Right Front Stance facing the rear.
Continue Speed Drill with right side towards the rear.
Turn by moving Right Leg across the body and pivot on the Left Foot into a Left Front Stance facing the front.
2) Step Forward Into a Left Front Stance, Sliding Rear Leg Consecutive Front Kick, Front Inward Punch, Rear Inward Punch, Dodge, Rear Inward Punch, Front Leg Swing Kick (Instep) (land in a side stance), Spinning Downward Kick (land in a front stance), Front Knife Hand Strike, Rear Inward Punch, Dodge, Rear Inward Punch, Sliding Rear Leg Consecutive Front Kick (Kihap while kicking).
One-step turn by pivoting the Right Foot Clockwise while Left Leg swings around into a Right Front Stance. (Facing the rear)
Continue Speed Drill with right side towards the rear.
One-step turn by pivoting the Left Foot Counter Clockwise while Right Leg swings around into a Left Front Stance. (Facing the front)

Defense Drill
Defense Drill 9
3attackers line up (triangulate the student) approximately 2 meters (6 feet) in front and to the side of student:
– Only one attacker steps in for bada chagi, the other two attackers step in towards the defending student in close proximity (approximately 1 meter), but do not immediately challenge.
– Student performs only the bada chagi kick on the first attacker, then immediately moves to the 2nd attacker and does only 1-2 techniques, then moves to the third attacker for 3-5 techniques.
– After being attacked, all attackers need to stay within attacking range of the student.
– As students become more confident they can return again to the first or second (or both) attackers and deliver a further 1-3 techniques on each.
– The student determines when to stop and
-reset
– with a final kihap. Attackers then move to surround student again.
– The student does not need to move back to their original starting position each time.
