#1) Step Forward Into a Left Front Stance
-Sliding Front Leg Front Kick

-Rear Leg Swing Kick (Ball of Foot) (land in a side stance)
-Spinning Reverse Swing Kick (land in a front stance)

-Sliding Front Leg Front Kick (Kihap while kicking).
Turn by moving Left Leg across the body and pivot on the Right Foot into a Right Front Stance facing the rear.
Continue Speed Drill with right side towards the rear.
Turn by moving Right Leg across the body and pivot on the Left Foot into a Left Front Stance facing the front.
#2) Step Forward Into a Left Front Stance, Sliding Rear Leg Front Kick

Defense Drill
Defense Drill 8
2 attackers line up approximately 2 meters (6 feet) in front of student:
– Only one attacker steps in for bada chagi, the other attacker then steps in and stays close by the student (within attacking range, approximately 1 meter).
– Student performs only the bada chagi kick on the first attacker, then immediately moves to the 2nd attacker and does 3-5 techniques.
– After the initial bada chagi, the first attacker needs to stay within attacking range of the student.
– As students become more confident they can return again to the first attacker and deliver a further 1-3 techniques, for a maximum total techniques of 9
– The student determines when to stop and -reset- with a final kihap. Attackers then move to surround student again.
– The student does not need to move back to their original starting position each time.

– After the initial bada chagi, the first attacker needs to stay within attacking range of the student.
– As students become more confident they can return again to the first attacker and deliver a further 1-3 techniques, for a maximum total techniques of 9
