Changes to Colour Belt Testing Day
All testings for colour belts will now take place on a Sunday. There are a number of reasons. Firstly traffic in the evenings around Turkey St makes it very difficult for students and judges to arrive on time. Secondly the size of our school has increased to a point that for this testing in November we needed to split it into 3 sessions. This makes it a very late night for all who took part.

Changes to Minimum Classes for Colour Belt Grades
A students eligibility to test depends on the senior leadership team’s view on whether the student knows their syllabus as well as the number of classes that they have attended. Going forward there will be increased focus on ensuring that each student is able to perform the basics correctly and hence we are allowing more time whilst the student is a Jul to perfect their techniques. The number of classes needed is listed below:
Jul to Jang- min 14 classes Jang to next rank – min 7 classes
Black Belt Dan Testing 1st Dec
Well done to Naz and Mr Stylianou for passing their respective Dan Testings. 🎉🎉🙌😎
Black Belt Tag Testing 17th December
Well done to all the students who tested. A fantastic standard. 🎉🎉🙌😎
Congratulations to Eduardo who was awarded the child student award and Tom for the adult student award. 🙌😎🏆
Small schools like Enfield CKD rely on reviews to attract new students so it would be really helpful if you could take a few minutes to complete a review. Please click on this link

Junior Leadership Program
The Junior Leadership program encourages children from the age of 10 to take the first steps to be our future leaders. Students younger than 10 can join the program on the recommendation of the senior leadership team. Students will learn the following:
Teach a warm up. Be competent in all their syllabus up to their current rank. Able to recite junior promise and principles. In addition, students will be expected to:
Regularly assist in class. Assist in gradings. Show the good mannerisms of a Martial Artist.
If you are interested then please talk to one of the Chief Instructors or Mr Tailor.

Electronic NAKMAS Form
Over the coming months we intend to introduce an online form for completing the annual NAKMAS Insurance application. The online form will generate a PDF which each student will receive by email. This needs to be signed and returned to Mr Tailor or any of his team during a class or scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don't have a printer then please let one of the instructors know.
Don’t forget to join our referral program! For every new student that joins through your recommendation you get a FREE grading! Please let me know if you want any leaflets. Pil Seung!
